Located five minutes from the charming Place des Lices, Hotel Lou Pinet is the latest trendy address of the French Riviera. Property of Maisons Pariente (the French luxury hotel group behind notable properties such as Apogée in Courchevel or Crillon Le Brave in Provence), the hotel offers 34 spacious rooms and suites designed by interior decorator, Charles Zana. Imagined as a private home where friends gather for a different take on Saint-Tropez, Hotel Lou Pinet offers an intimate mediterranean atmosphere.
Each room is designed to feel like a private home, with the spirit of the sixties. For this project, we were inspired by the retro bohemian influence that we found in each of the rooms and suites: namely natural stone, wrought iron, elegantly designed cane furniture, various linen weaves, tonal woods and a blend of textures and materials which all help to establish a calm and warm ambiance. We are proud to be part of this project, designing the bespoke goods for Hotel Lou Pinet’s rooms and suites.
Being ‘bespoke’ is at the core of the hotel in fact, as the hotel offers tailor-made experiences for guests, like excursions around the Riviera in a vintage Citroën 2CV. An ‘experience manager’ is at your disposal to organize all personalized activities.
Lou Pinet is a provençal word that means ‘pine’, an iconic symbol of Provence. Two venerable stone pines have stood tall in the hotel grounds through the generations – and this inspired the hotel’s identity.
Before producing tailor-made items for this property, the first step for us was to understand the hotel’s brand identity, the spirit they wished to create, and the interior design components, all of which can help us to design truly bespoke goods that fit with the decor, function, and atmosphere of the place.
“There’s not a soulless magnetic card to be found among the hotel’s 34 keys – you’ll be given a real one just like the good old days.” We took care of this when we designed the keyrings for the rooms and suites. For that at-home feeling, we engraved the Lou Pinet logo into a metal circle with an aged appearance, adding a bit of soul and gentle nod to the past.
Packaging is always the first impression, so we take pride in how we present things, ensuring we use FSC paper and aesthetically strong finishes in our printing to keep the hotel branding cohesive.
We always recommend our clients adopt customized eco-friendly stainless steel stirrers for drinks, just like you see here as it’s an easy and hygienic way to be more ecologically conscious.
Perfect to protect tables and keep branding consistent, we customized silicon and paper coasters for the Hotel Lou Pinet. The silicon ones are great in that they can be washed in the dishwasher and re-used, whilst the paper coasters can easily be recycled.
We customized beach bags and swimwear bags for Hotel Lou Pinet. Our raffia bags are handmade in our factory, making it a beautiful handcrafted accessory which you can bring home as a souvenir of your stay at the hotel.. For this beach bag, we took care of each detail like the leather straps and gold embossed logo.
We designed our slippers in the style of the espadrille, to better suit the warm climate of St Tropez. Plus, the espadrille is the epitome of summer! We also made these available for their little guests.
