We work for luxury hotels, palaces and resorts worldwide. We accompany them with our consulting, design and production services for their openings, refurbishments and creation of product collections, with a particular emphasis on eco friendly items.

Responsibilities

• Create invoices for the sales team
• Follow up on invoices payments with clients
• Cross check purchasing prices and selling prices
• Inform clients on their deliveries by sending shipping tracking numbers
• Work hand in hand with the Production team, the Shipping team and the Sales team that are based in China, Europe and Hong Kong

Qualifications

• Attentive to details
• Organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
